With this project, Servo explores the process of translation in architectural design as well as the relationship between image and object. The correlation between drawing and model, or drawing and construction, involves various degrees of precision. The exclusion or inclusion of certain types of information for each medium is dictated by the conventions of the discipline. Semblances questions these conventions and examines how the presence of irregularities blurs forms by producing multiple architectural objects.
